We exist because talent is global and payment rails are not
A freelancer in Lahore does the same work as one in London. Getting paid for it should not be the hard part.
Why we started
Neptunes Tech exists because of a pattern that repeats everywhere. A developer, a designer or a store owner builds something that works, wins international clients, and then hits a wall that has nothing to do with the quality of their work: the payment platform their customers expect does not operate in their country, or will not accept a personal account for business use.
The fix is not exotic. A UK limited company is a straightforward, legitimate entity that Stripe, PayPal and Wise all support. What makes it hard is everything around it: which documents pass verification, what a business description needs to say, why one application clears in three days and another sits in review for a month.
So that is where we spend our time: not on the incorporation, which is the easy part, but on the part other formation agents leave you to work out alone. We are new, and we would rather say so than pad the page with numbers you cannot check.
What makes us different from a formation agent
A generic formation agent files your incorporation and considers the job done. That is the easy 20% of the problem. The other 80% is getting a working payment stack attached to the company, which is where applications get rejected, funds get held and founders lose months.
We work almost exclusively with non-residents, so we recognise the failure modes: a proof of address that is four months old, a website with no refund policy, SIC codes that do not match what the site actually sells, a name spelled two different ways across two documents. We catch these before an application is submitted, not after it is declined.
How we make money
From the service fees listed on our pricing page. Nothing else. We do not take a percentage of your revenue, we do not receive commission from the payment platforms, and we do not hold your accounts or your money. Every login is issued in your name and controlled by you.
What we are not
We are not accountants, lawyers or tax advisers, and nothing we publish is legal, tax or accounting advice. When your situation needs a qualified professional, and once real money is moving it usually does, we say so and can introduce you to accountants who work with non-resident directors.
How we work
Four things we hold ourselves to
We tell you what we cannot do
No provider can guarantee a Stripe or PayPal approval, because those decisions belong to the platforms' own risk teams. Anyone who says otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver. We tell you what we control, what we do not, and what your realistic odds look like before you pay.
We do things the legitimate way
Your name goes on the public register as director and person with significant control, exactly as UK law requires. We do not build nominee structures to hide ownership, misstate residency or invent trading histories. Shortcuts like that end in frozen funds and closed accounts.
Price transparency, always
Government fees are shown separately and charged at cost. Nothing renews without you approving it. There is no upsell hidden in step four of a checkout.
We answer, in plain English
Most of our clients are running a business in a second or third language while navigating an unfamiliar legal system. We write and speak accordingly: no jargon, no hiding behind legal phrasing.
Before you pay us anything
What you can check for yourself
We would rather give you four things you can verify than a number you cannot.
Look us up on the public record
Your company appears on the Companies House register, usually within 24 hours of filing. Search the name there and you will see it: the number, the incorporation date, you as director. Nothing about it depends on taking our word.
You get the person doing the work
This is run by Mansoor Hussain, not a call centre. The same person answers your WhatsApp, prepares your filing and deals with Stripe when they ask a question. Message before you pay and see how fast you get a real answer.
The government fee is not marked up
The £100 Companies House fee is shown as its own line and passed straight through at cost. You can check the rate yourself on gov.uk. We make our money on the service, and we tell you which part is which.
If the filing is rejected, you get the fee back
If Companies House rejects your incorporation and we cannot get it approved with a corrected filing, our service fee is refunded in full. Payment platform approval is each platform's own decision and nobody can promise it, which is why we do not.
