What's included

Everything in UK LTD Formation

Companies House registration

We prepare and file your incorporation, including SIC codes chosen to match what you actually sell, a detail that matters later when payment platforms review you.

London registered office address

Your company's official public address for the first year, with post from Companies House and HMRC scanned and emailed to you the day it arrives.

Certificate of Incorporation

The digital certificate showing your company name, number and date of incorporation. It is the single document every platform asks for first.

Memorandum & Articles of Association

Standard model articles, ready to send to any bank, processor or client that asks for your constitutional documents.

Share certificates and company register

Share certificates for every shareholder, plus the statutory registers UK companies are required to keep.

First-year filing reminders

We tell you when your confirmation statement and accounts are due, well before the deadline, so you never pay a late-filing penalty.

Who this is for

Is this the right fit for you?

Freelancers invoicing international clients

Clients in the US and EU sign contracts and pay invoices faster when there is a registered company behind them.

E-commerce and dropshipping sellers

Marketplaces and processors want a registered entity in a supported country before they will approve a merchant account.

Agencies and small teams

A UK entity gives you a clean base for contracts, subcontractors and a payment stack that works in multiple currencies.

Founders whose home country is unsupported

If Stripe or PayPal Business simply does not operate where you live, a UK LTD is the standard, legitimate route to a supported jurisdiction.

What you need to provide

  • Passport or national ID (clear colour scan or photo)
  • Proof of address issued within the last 3 months: utility bill, bank statement or government letter
  • Full legal name, date of birth, nationality and residential address for every director and shareholder
  • Three company name choices, in order of preference
  • A short description of what your business does (we translate it into the right SIC codes)
  • How the shares are split, if there is more than one shareholder

Timeline

  1. Day 0

You submit your details and ID documents through our onboarding form.

  2. Within 4 hours

We check your documents, confirm your company name is available and flag anything that would cause a rejection.

  3. Same business day

We file the incorporation with Companies House.

  4. 24 to 48 hours

Companies House approves the company and issues your company number.

  5. Same day as approval

Your full document pack lands in your inbox and, if you bought them, payment account applications begin.

What we cannot promise

Companies House can reject an incorporation, most often over a company name that is too similar to an existing one, or a restricted word. We check both before filing, and if a rejection still happens we correct and refile at no charge.

FAQ

UK LTD Formation questions

Do I have to visit the UK at any point?
No. The entire process is online. Identity checks are done with document scans and, where required, a short liveness check on your phone.
Can I be the only director and shareholder?
Yes. A UK LTD can have a single person as both sole director and sole shareholder. That is the most common structure among our clients.
Will my home address be public?
Your residential address must be given to Companies House, but it is not published if you use a service address, which is included from our Company + 1 Payment Account package upward. Your registered office address is always public; that is the London address we provide.
Do I need to pay UK tax on everything I earn?
Your UK company pays UK Corporation Tax on its profits, and you may also have obligations in your country of residence. Double-tax treaties often affect how this works. We are not tax advisers. Speak to an accountant, and we can introduce you to one who works with non-resident directors.
What if I want to close the company later?
A dormant or unwanted company can be struck off the register through a straightforward Companies House process. Tell us and we will walk you through it. But do not simply stop filing, as that leads to penalties and a disqualification risk for the director.
