Refund Policy

1. Formation fee-back guarantee

If Companies House rejects your incorporation and we cannot get it approved with a corrected filing, we refund our formation service fee in full. The Companies House filing fee is only incurred when a filing is submitted, and where a submission fee has been paid to Companies House it is not recoverable by us or by you.

2. Before work begins

If you cancel before we have started work, meaning before your documents are reviewed and before any filing or application is prepared, we refund your service fee in full, no questions asked. Email [email protected] and we will process it within five business days.

3. Consumer cancellation rights

Where you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of ordering. If you ask us to begin work within that period and we complete the service, the right to cancel is lost once the service is fully performed; where the service is partly performed you may be charged for the proportion supplied. We always tell you before starting work that this applies.

4. Payment account setup fees

• Before submission. Fully refundable at any point before we submit your application to the platform.
• After submission, if declined. We diagnose the reason, correct what we can and reapply once at no additional cost. If the platform declines again for a reason within our control, we refund that platform’s setup fee.
• After submission, declined for a reason outside our control. For example a business model on the platform’s prohibited list, a sanctioned jurisdiction, or a prior closed account belonging to you, the fee is not refundable, because the work has been performed. We tell you before you buy whenever we can see that this risk applies.

5. What is never refundable

• Companies House fees that have already been paid on your behalf
• Fees paid directly by you to PayPal, Wise or Stripe
• Registered office fees for a period already elapsed
• Confirmation statement filing fees once the statement has been filed
• Any service where you gave us false or misleading information

6. Renewals

Annual services, meaning the registered office address and confirmation statement filing, never renew automatically without your confirmation. If a renewal is charged in error we refund it in full. If you cancel a renewal within 14 days of it being charged, and we have not yet provided the service for the new period, we refund it in full.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order reference and the reason. We acknowledge within one business day and decide within five. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

8. If you disagree with our decision

Tell us. We will review it with someone who was not involved in the original decision and give you a written answer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
