Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Neptunes Tech's website and services. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read section 4 in particular. It sets out clearly what we can and cannot guarantee.

1. Who we are

Neptunes Tech Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3DJ. Contact: [email protected].

2. Our services

We provide administrative company formation services and assistance preparing and submitting applications for third-party payment accounts. Specifically we:

  • Prepare and file incorporation documents with Companies House on your instructions
  • Provide a registered office and, on some packages, a director’s service address
  • Prepare applications for PayPal, Wise and Stripe accounts using details you supply
  • Help you respond to verification and document requests from those platforms
  • File confirmation statements where you buy that service

3. What we are not

We are not a law firm, an accountancy practice, a tax adviser, a bank or a financial institution. Nothing on this website or in our communications is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. We do not hold client money on your behalf beyond the fees you pay us, and we never control your payment accounts. Every account is opened in your name and under your control.

4. What is not guaranteed

This section is important, so we state it plainly.

  • Company formation is subject to Companies House approval. We check name availability and restricted words before filing, but the registrar makes the final decision.
  • Payment account approval is entirely at the discretion of PayPal, Wise and Stripe. Each runs its own verification, risk assessment and acceptable-use policies. We prepare a properly structured, accurate application; we cannot guarantee approval, and no provider can.
  • Accounts can be limited, held or closed after approval by the platform at its own discretion, for reasons outside our control.
  • Timelines are estimates. Third-party review times vary and are not within our control.

5. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete and current information, and tell us promptly if it changes
  • Provide genuine identity documents belonging to the actual directors and owners
  • Not use our services to disguise beneficial ownership, evade sanctions, launder money or commit fraud
  • Comply with your company’s filing and tax obligations after formation
  • Comply with the terms of each payment platform you use

We may refuse or terminate service, without refund, where we reasonably believe information is false, where a business activity is prohibited, or where continuing would breach anti-money-laundering law.

6. Fees and payment

Service fees are as shown on our pricing page at the time of order. Government fees, such as the Companies House incorporation fee, are shown separately and charged at cost. Fees are payable in advance. Recurring items, such as the registered office address, renew annually only where you have confirmed the renewal.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where you are a consumer with a statutory right to cancel, that right applies as set out in that policy.

8. Registered office use

The registered office address we provide may be used only as your company’s registered office and, where purchased, as a director’s service address. It may not be used as a trading address, for general business correspondence, for deliveries or goods, or for opening accounts that require a physical trading presence. We may withdraw the address on notice if it is misused.

9. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for losses arising from a payment platform’s decision to decline, limit, hold or close an account, for lost profits, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to us or our licensors. PayPal, Wise, Stripe and other names used are trademarks of their respective owners; we are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of any of them.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and material changes are notified to active clients by email.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
